Cookies
Our website uses cookies, which are small text files stored on your device. Some are essential, for example to keep items in your cart and to let you log in. Others help us understand how visitors use our site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the website, such as the cart and checkout, may not work properly without them.
How long we keep your information
We keep order and invoice records for as long as required by South African tax and company law (generally five years). Account information is kept while your account is active. Newsletter information is kept until you unsubscribe. Other information is deleted or anonymised when we no longer need it.
How we protect your information
Our website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, and we limit access to personal information to people who need it to do their work. While no system is completely secure, we take reasonable steps to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
